Coverage
Warranty terms differ by product and are stated on each product page. Where no warranty is shown on the product page, no warranty beyond your statutory rights is offered until confirmed in writing.
Furniture and mattresses
Where a warranty is stated, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the stated period. It does not cover normal wear, fabric pilling, softening of cushions and mattress comfort layers, damage from misuse, commercial use, or improper cleaning.
Appliances and fixtures
Appliance and fixture warranties are provided by the manufacturer where applicable and are stated on the product page only when SBJR Pride Collectibles has verified them.
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We will advise next steps within two business days.
