Where we deliver
SBJR Pride Collectibles delivers across the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and to more than forty countries. The delivery country list is shown at checkout.
Delivery services
- Insured express parcel: most pieces ship tracked, insured and signature-on-delivery in gift-ready packaging.
- White-glove delivery: scheduled delivery to the room of your choice, with assembly, placement and packaging removal. Most furniture ships this way; outside the US a local partner places your pieces.
- Dedicated freight: lift-gate or flatbed delivery for oversized items such as hot tubs, saunas, range cookers and vehicles. Installation is quoted separately unless stated on the product page.
Discreet delivery
Choose discreet delivery at checkout at no charge. Outer packaging is plain, labels show only "SBJR LLC", and no collection names, colourway names or imagery appear on boxes, labels or courier paperwork. Customs documents describe goods by type only, as customs law requires.
Charges, duties and taxes
Delivery, import duty, VAT/GST or sales tax, customs brokerage, export documents and transit insurance are calculated for your delivery address at checkout, using live distance and tax-rate lookups where available, and itemised on your invoice. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid, so there is nothing more to pay on arrival unless customs reassesses the tariff; any difference is refunded or invoiced at cost.
Timing
Each product page shows an estimated dispatch time. Orders are dispatched only after payment has been verified. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed of any change.
Before delivery
Please measure doorways, stairwells, lifts and the final placement area. Our team can advise on access requirements before dispatch.
Damage in transit
Inspect your delivery before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
