These terms govern purchases from SBJR Pride Collectibles, operated by SBJR LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order number. Your order is accepted when we verify your payment and confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if stock is unavailable, or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case any funds received will be refunded.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The total shown at checkout and recorded on your order confirmation is the amount payable. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you place the order.

We accept bank wire transfer, Bitcoin and USDT (ERC-20). Cryptocurrency payments must be sent on the exact network specified; funds sent to a different network or asset cannot be recovered. Cryptocurrency amounts are quoted for a limited time and recorded on your order; if a quote expires before payment you may request a new quote. Payments are verified manually and orders are not dispatched until verification is complete.

We take care to describe products accurately. Natural materials vary; minor variations in colour, grain and texture are not defects.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
