Our promise

You found your people.

SBJR Pride Collectibles exists so LGBTQ+ customers never have to wonder whether a store sees them. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.

1
Your name, your pronouns
- Checkout asks for the name you go by, not your legal name. Billing names are only needed where a bank requires them.
- Pronouns are optional. If you share them, they appear on your order for our team and delivery crew, and nowhere else.
- Our support team and delivery partners are briefed to use them, and to never comment on who you live with.
2
Discreet delivery, anywhere
- Tick “Discreet delivery” at checkout, free of charge: plain outer boxes, labels that read only “SBJR LLC”, and no collection names, colourway names or imagery on anything a neighbour, concierge or courier can see.
- Customs paperwork describes goods by type only, for example “ceramic mug” or “silk scarf”, as customs law requires.
- Our newsletter is sent from a neutral sender name, and your order emails can be sent to any address you choose.
3
Honest prices, every fee shown
- Every piece starts at $700 and is priced in full, with no fake discounts or countdown timers.
- Delivery, import duty, VAT, GST or sales tax, brokerage and insurance are calculated live for your address at checkout and itemised on your invoice before you pay.
- An invoice is emailed for every order, and payment is verified by a person before anything ships.
4
Real voices only
- Reviews come only from customers with a verified order, and a person approves each one.
- We do not invent testimonials, star ratings, best-seller badges or stock counts.
- Community photography on this site is licensed stock imagery (Unsplash License); it does not show our customers.
5
Your data stays yours
- We never sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- The flag theme you pick is stored only in your own browser.
- Ask us at any time to export or delete your account and order history, subject to the records we must keep for tax law.
