What we collect
We collect the information needed to process your order and support you: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order history, payment references you submit (such as a transaction ID or wire confirmation) and support conversations.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To verify payments you tell us you have made.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To send order updates and, only if you opt in, our newsletter.
Payment information
SBJR Pride Collectibles does not process card payments and never asks for card numbers. Payment evidence you upload is stored securely, is accessible only to authorised staff, and is used solely to verify your payment.
Sharing
We share information only with delivery partners, our email service provider, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

You may update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from marketing with one click, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
