Our approach
We want every piece to be right for your home. If something is not, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on a return or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging where possible.
- Made-to-order, custom-configured and special-order items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Mattresses and bedding are returnable only if unopened, for hygiene reasons, unless a trial period is explicitly stated on the product page.
- Appliances that have been installed are not returnable unless defective.
Return delivery
Return collection is arranged by SBJR Pride Collectibles. Return delivery costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Refund method
Because orders are paid by bank wire, Bitcoin or USDT, refunds are issued by bank wire to an account in the purchaser's name. We do not refund to cryptocurrency addresses. Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars for the amount recorded on your order, less any applicable return delivery cost. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion and at no cost to you.
